Philipp Nawrath

Philipp Nawrath has been part of the JOKA team since 2018.

Philipp Nawrath, who comes from Nesselwang in the Allgäu region, discovered his great passion for biathlon through a former school friend. After making it into the IBU Cup and achieving several top ten finishes, Philipp competed in the World Cup for the first time in March 2017. In order to be able to practise his sport professionally, Philipp works for the Bavarian state police as a police sergeant. He is now a permanent fixture in the World Cup team and also qualified to take part in the Olympic Games in the 2021/22 season.
