The awareness of our responsibility towards people, society and the environment determines all our activities. For this reason, as a manufacturer of JOKA products, we also make careful use of resources in line with our values and carefully check the quality of our products. On the one hand, this involves compliance with prescribed regulations and laws, but on the other hand it also involves implementing specifications on our own responsibility. We also endeavour to have our products certified by independent institutes and thus stand for robust, healthy and sustainable products.
Internal and external testing
The Jordan application technology department tests the practical application of the products. This includes, for example, how the product behaves in everyday situations and how it can best be installed with the recommended accessories. We actively use customer feedback to optimise our products so that quality is maintained or even improved over the life cycle.
Independent institutions also regularly check compliance with international and national product standards as well as legally required and, in particular, voluntary audits on ingredients and emissions at the production sites.

Product labels classified as independent by consumer centres ensure that the high quality of the products is guaranteed: from planning, production and application through to use in your own home.
